First install the VoiceCode plug-in inside of Sublime Text
https://packagecontrol.io/packages/VoiceCode
Make sure the sublime package is installed, then restart VoiceCode.
The sublime integration is not quite as advanced as the Atom integration yet, but works quite well, and will be improved over time.
